HOW YOU CAN HELP

The first thing we need to is educate ourselves and our families and friends. We have to do our own research and stay up to date with what is happening. We need to have a serious conversation with our family members and keep them updated especially those of us who come from a South Asian background where racism is embedded in our culture. It is simply not enough to just post on social media because it's a trending topic.
